The villa features modern architecture with large windows that enhance the connection between the interiors and the surrounding scenery. It is set within a beautifully maintained private garden with a green lawn and elegant areas designed for outdoor relaxation.
The outdoor lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofas, is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or spend pleasant evenings together, while the large shade sail provides a cool and sheltered space during the warmer days.
The spacious covered portico, equipped with a dining table and barbecue, allows guests to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, offering the perfect setting for al fresco lunches and dinners throughout the year.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the stunning infinity pool (12 x 4 m, depth 1.5 - 1.8 m), available from mid-April to mid-October and equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. Next to the pool, guests will also find a modern bioclimatic pergola with a dining table and rocking loungers, ideal for relaxing while admiring the surrounding views.
The property also offers a private uncovered parking area for 3 cars.

Internal description

Elegant and sophisticated, Villa Pergolesi is arranged over 2 levels and combines modern contemporary design with spacious, bright and functional interiors. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. On request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are allowed only upon request, subject to an additional fee and payment of a security deposit.

Lower floor: The lower floor hosts a large and impressive multifunctional open-plan space, featuring high-quality finishes, a contemporary style and remarkable brightness thanks to the large windows. This versatile area has been designed for both entertainment and relaxation and includes a fully equipped private gym with treadmill, wall bars and workout bench, a recreation area with table football, and a cosy living area with home theatre, double sofa bed, table with swivel chair and additional seating.
This level also includes a laundry room equipped with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, two bathrooms with shower, and a relaxing sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the surrounding area.

Ground floor: The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright open-plan living area, tastefully furnished and featuring direct access to the covered portico and garden. The space includes a large corner sofa, dining table, tv, poufs and an elegant working fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.
Adjacent to the living area is a modern study equipped with desk, ergonomic chair, computer and bookcase, ideal for guests who wish to work or study during their stay.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style Side-by-Side refrigerator with external water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and induction hob.
The ground floor also features two bathrooms with shower and the sleeping area, consisting of: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with hot tub and shower); 1 double bedroom; 2 single bedrooms.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); pets allowed on request (20.00€ per day + 500.00€ security deposit). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
