Villa Ostra is an elegant property set in the peaceful Marche countryside, where the silence of the Apennines provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Ideally located, it lies just a short distance from the charming medieval villages of Ostra and Belvedere Ostrense, in the province of Ancona.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious, fully fenced private garden, meticulously maintained in every detail: stretches of lawn, trees offering cool shaded areas, colorful blooms, and aromatic plants that fill the air with typical Mediterranean scents. The outdoor spaces are designed to fully enjoy nature, featuring cozy relaxation corners and a delightful pergola equipped with a dining table for 8 people and a barbecue, ideal for enjoyable al fresco dinners and grilling with friends and family.
A standout feature of the villa is the beautiful private swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), characterized by soft, harmonious lines. Equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, it is the perfect spot to cool off on warm summer days or unwind completely at sunset.
Guests also benefit from a convenient private on-site parking area with space for up to 3 cars, ensuring comfort and security throughout the stay.

Internal description

Villa Ostra consists of a main building and a separate dependance; beautifully renovated, it can sleep up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available free of charge. Pets are allowed on request (maximum 1 pet) at an additional cost.

- Main building: The villa is set over 3 levels, offering spacious, functional interiors with great attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living area, tastefully furnished in a rustic contemporary style: exposed wooden beams, brick walls, and natural materials create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space features a comfortable corner sofa, a large dining table for 8-10 people, tv, and a pellet stove, ideal for cooler seasons.
Adjacent is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, modern and complete with everything needed: dining table, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and blender. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Also on this floor are a twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined into a double if needed), a bathroom with shower, and a practical laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
On the first floor, there is a cozy lounge area with sofa, armchair, fireplace, and tvperfect for relaxing moments. There is also a spacious study, ideal for remote working in a quiet and private setting. This level also hosts a generous master double bedroom and a full bathroom with both hot tub and shower.
The top floor features a quadruple bedroom with two double beds, ideal for families or groups, along with a bathroom with shower.

- Dependance: About 20 meters from the main house, a charming annex is dedicated to wellness, featuring a wood-fired Finnish sauna (included in the stay) and a relaxation area with sink and shower. From here you can directly access the outdoor pergola, equipped with a dining table and barbecue: the ideal place to relax after a sauna and enjoy a moment of conviviality while savoring something outdoors.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance; Internet Wifi; use of the sauna and the bathtub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); pets allowed upon request (maximum 1 pet - 15.00€ per stay). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Please note that a security deposit is not required, except for stays with pets; in such cases, a cash deposit of 500.00€ is required at check-in as a guarantee against any potential damages.
