Villa Solare is a peaceful oasis nestled within the unspoiled nature of the Conero Regional Park, just a few minutes from the enchanting beaches of Sirolo and the Conero Riviera. Surrounded by a lush private garden filled with trees, manicured hedges, and the scents of Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a secluded and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a holiday dedicated to wellness and tranquility.
The villa’s distinctive architecture blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, creating a warm and charming setting where nature and comfort coexist in perfect balance. The spacious outdoor areas – including a panoramic terrace, patio, shaded corners, and green pathways – invite guests to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, accompanied by the sounds of nature and the gentle sea breeze.
From the villa, guests can walk directly to the beautiful San Michele Beach via a scenic hiking trail through the Conero Park, reachable in approximately 10 minutes. This long beach, nestled between the crystal-clear sea and the greenery of Mount Conero, is the ideal place to relax, take long walks, and enjoy breathtaking views.
Guests also have access to a private fenced swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1.5 m), open from mid-May to mid-October and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a heated outdoor shower, offering an exclusive space to unwind in complete privacy.
The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed throughout the day: on the ground floor, a furnished patio with a dining table is perfect for breakfasts and al fresco dinners, while on the first floor, a panoramic terrace with a sunshade, sun lounger, and dining area provides the ideal setting to relax while immersed in the peaceful scenery.
Younger guests will also find a dedicated play area featuring a playhouse, a small wooden castle with a slide, two swings, and a hammock perfect for relaxing moments.
The property also includes a private outdoor parking area with space for 2 cars.

Internal description

Villa Solare is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The entrance opens into a cozy living room with a sofa, comfortable seating, and a decorative fireplace, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere with direct access to the outdoor patio and garden. This level also includes the sleeping area, composed of three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

First floor: The upper level features a bright and spacious living area designed for social moments and relaxation. It includes an elegant lounge with a sofa, a large dining room with a generous table, tv, and a decorative fireplace, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender. From the living area, there is direct access to a beautiful panoramic terrace furnished with a dining table, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or dinners surrounded by the peaceful landscape. A bathroom with bathtub is also located on this floor.

Second floor: The top level hosts a second sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
