Surrounded by a beautifully maintained, fully fenced private garden, Villa del Rio offers a peaceful retreat where guests can relax at any time of the day. The highlight of the outdoor area is the lovely private pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), open from June 1st to September 30th and equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and an outdoor shower, making it the perfect place to cool off on warm summer days.
Next to the pool, a spacious gazebo with a dining table for 8-10 guests provides the ideal setting for al fresco breakfasts, family lunches or dinners under the stars. A second outdoor dining area is located beneath the villa's covered porch, where a smaller table offers a pleasant shaded spot during the hottest hours of the day.
Guests can also enjoy a practical barbecue for delicious outdoor grilling and a convenient private parking area within the property, offering a total of 4 parking spaces, including 2 covered and 2 uncovered.

Internal description

Set over 3 levels, Villa del Rio can sleep up to 10 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. A high chair is available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Basement: Accessible via an internal staircase, this level features a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: The heart of the villa is a spacious and welcoming open-plan living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with sofa, tv and decorative fireplace, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, blender, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area on the same floor includes 1 bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm), 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a French-size bed (150 cm).
This level is completed by a spacious bathroom with hot tub, perfect for enjoying a relaxing wellness moment after a day at the beach, hiking or exploring the charming villages of Versilia.

Attic: With its warm and cosy atmosphere, the attic is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and privacy. It features 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and a large skylight that fills the room with natural light, a comfortable sitting area with double sofa bed and tv, and finally a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
