Villa Camillo is spread over 4 floors and accommodates up to 7 people. It features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Small pets are allowed on request.

Basement level: This floor hosts a spacious tavern designed as an independent and multifunctional living area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a single bedroom for service staff with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and a large communal room with an additional kitchen and dining table, ideal for hosting all guests together.
This level is completed by a spacious laundry/storage room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Ground floor: The main level welcomes guests with a bright living area featuring elegant and comfortable interiors. The lounge is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a tv, a decorative fireplace, and a refined dining area with a glass table, creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and social moments.
On the same floor there is also a guest bathroom and a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, designed as the heart of daily life in the villa.

First floor: Dedicated to the sleeping area, this level offers comfortable and well-organised spaces. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom (with bathtub/shower) and direct access to the terrace. Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 2,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
