Residenza Marzocca is a refined contemporary house with a minimalist design, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the picturesque seafront promenade of Senigallia, in the quiet area of Marzocca.
The property is located seafront and enjoys direct access to the beach, allowing guests to fully experience the seaside in complete comfort: a beach umbrella is provided free of charge, while sun loungers are already available in the house’s garden.
Outside, you will find a private fenced garden, carefully maintained and elegant, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The lawn, ornamental plants, and palm trees create a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere, enhanced by a convenient outdoor shower, excellent after a day at the beach.
The patio is an ideal space for socializing, furnished with wooden seating and a dining table for up to 6 guests, inviting you to relax and enjoy delightful meals outdoors in a peaceful setting.
A standout feature of the property is the outdoor, non-heated hot tub for 4 people (included in the price), available from May 15 to September 15, perfect for unwinding and enjoying moments of pure relaxation.
Among the most charming spaces is the panoramic sea-view terrace, beautifully furnished with a large corner sofa (accommodating up to 20 people), a spacious table, sink, barbecue, and evening lighting. It’s the ideal spot for sunset aperitifs or convivial evenings after a day by the sea.
The property also includes one private on-site parking space, as well as free street parking (paid from June to September).

Characterized by a contemporary, minimalist all-white design, Residenza Marzocca is spread over 2 levels and can sleep up to 4 guests; it features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are allowed on request (maximum 1 pet) at an additional cost.

Ground floor: The entrance leads into a spacious and bright open-plan living area, enhanced by large windows and French doors that open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The carefully designed setting is furnished with a comfortable sofa, tv, fireplace, and a dining area with a large table that can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and blender, providing everything needed for a convenient and independent stay.
Continuing on, there is a modern bathroom with a large shower and a master bedroom with a refined, minimalist style, enhanced by a full-height glass wall that fills the space with natural light. The room also features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a marble sunken bathtub, offering a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Attic floor: A striking floating staircase leads to the upper level, where the second double bedroom is located, designed as an intimate and thoughtfully styled space. The bed, set on a minimalist platform, is elegantly placed beneath a ceiling with exposed beams and white-lacquered wooden trusses, creating a warm and distinctive atmosphere. Large roof windows positioned directly above the bed allow you to admire the starry sky before falling asleep and wake up to natural morning light. The windows are fitted with automated blackout blinds, designed to ensure maximum comfort and complete relaxation during your stay.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house and garden maintenance; Internet Wifi; use of the hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); pets allowed upon request (maximum 1 pet - 15.00€ per stay). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Please note that a security deposit is not required, except for stays with pets; in such cases, a cash deposit of 500.00€ is required at check-in as a guarantee against any potential damages.
